Oak honey is dark, impressively thick and rich in flavor and healing properties. This unique oak honey is collected by Nomad bees that live in one of the most dense forests and unspoilt parts of Greece. This place is none other than the Vikos – Aoos National Park which is located on the slopes of the Pindos mountains. The area is Natura 2000 and is one of the UNESCO geoparks.
Try the thick oak honey and imagine its shade and ancient wisdom in each of its spoons. Oak honey is collected from the honey of the leaves and fruits of the oak. It is extremely dark, almost black. Recommended for digestive problems and has a high content of antibacterial agents.
